Healy will be linking up with former Manchester United colleagues Alex Notman and Phil Mulryne at Carrow Road.
"I'm delighted to come to Norwich. It's a club I've always had a lot of time for and it's nice to link up with Phil and Alex again," he told the Norwich City official website.
"I'm here for a month and I'm going to give it my best shot, hopefully get some games under my belt and see what happens."
