Danns, who shares an agent with former Norwich star Damien Francis, is already in talks with interested parties and could complete a deal within the next week.
Tony Finnigan, Danns' representative, says there has been a great deal of interest in the former Blackburn Rovers man, who has scored 16 goals in 60 games for the Layer Road club. Luton Town, Birmingham, Sunderland and Ipswich are among the clubs linked to his services, while Nigel Worthington is also thought to be an admirer of the player.
