Rangers midfielder Gavin Rae, 29, could be set for a move to Norfolk to join Grant and the likes of Simon Lappin, Mark Fotheringham and Paul Gallacher in the Norwich ranks.
Rae has been told he is free to leave by 'Gers boss Walter Smith, and Hearts and Nottingham Forest are likely to rival the Canaries for his signature.
