City legend Mark Bowen, currently assistant to Mark Hughes at Blackburn, has been strongly linked with the post in today's Daily Mail, while Glenn Hoddle, Alan Curbishley, Alex McLeish and Steve Cotterill have also been linked.
Martin Hunter, currently in caretaker control, has also re-iterated his desire to secure the job on a full-time basis.
