Norwich assistant manager Lee Clark is being linked with the vacant manager's post at Carlisle.

Glenn Roeder could be set for a battle to keep hold of highly-rated assistant manager Lee Clark as Carlisle reportedly seek to make him their manager.

Clark, 36, was brought to Carrow Road from Newcastle immediately after Roeder's appointment. He had previously bee linked to the Carlisle job before John Ward was appointed. Ward left the club this week after nine defeats in ten matches.
