Crazy rumours surround Roeder.

The weekend's newspapers have seen fit to link Norwich boss Glenn Roeder with a swift exit from Carrow Road in some of the less likely rumours you're likely to see.

Roeder has been linked with the manager's role at Leicester, despite the fact that Ian Holloway just masterminded a 4-0 defeat of the Canaries and that Roeder is clearly looking to build something in Norfolk.

Equally bizarre was the link to the admittedly actually vacant post at Coventry. Ian Dowie was harshly relieved of his post last week and , although Chris Coleman's appointment seems imminent, Roeder has been one of the names in the frame.

Whether Roeder may have a particularly shrewd agent trying to negotiate some sort of pay rise or contract extension is unclear. It's obvious that he could have chosen a better weekend than the one in which Roeder's side surrendered a 13-game unbeaten run in such spectacular style.
