Dublin turns down non-league offer

Norwich striker Dion Dublin will definitely go through with hsi plan to retire at the end of the season, according to a manager who has tried to convince him otherwise.

Jimmy Quinn, boss of Cambrige United, for whom Dublin scored 52 goals to earn a big move to Manchester United, offered the former England striker a deal to return to the Abbey Stadium.

Dublin, 38, remains adamant that he will hang up his boots and pursue a career in the media.
