While Joe Lewis may be disappointed at not earning his first start as a Norwich player, fellow youngsters Michael Spillane and Ryan Jarvis will continue to press their claims for regular places in the first team squad.

Paul Gallacher came through a hip injury sustained late on in his debut at Hillsborough, so will continue to deptise for Robert Green. Lewis, the 18-year-old, will be on the bench.

Ryan Jarvis makes his first start of an injury-plagued season alongside Robert Earnshaw in attack, while Spillane makes his second ever start, and second in three days, at right back. Rossi Jarvis cannot be involved because he is away on international duty.

The visitors, who triumphed 3-0 at Loftus Road earlier in the season, include former Ipswich man George Santos and former Canaries target Dan Shittu in their side.
