Hughes set for reserves run out

City skipper Andy Hughes faces former team mate Calum Davenport this evening as Norwich and Spurs reserve sides face off at Carrow Road.

Hughes made a substitute appearance in Saturday's draw at Plymouth on the way back from a lay-off caused by a broken cheekbone. Tonight he will start alongside a host of young Canaries and first team fringe players Peter Thorne and Jim Brennan.

In the visiting line-up will be Davenport, who was on loan at City recently, and recent Championship players Grzegorz Rasiak and Wayne Routledge.
