Glenn Roeder has completed his eighth signing of the summer so far with his fourth loan capture in Celtic's John Kennedy.

While there is no official confirmation on the club's website, Kennedy is quoted by Sky Sports as looking forward to the challenge ahead at Carrow Road, as well as being pleased to link up again with former Parkhead teammates David Marshall and Canaries skipper Mark Fotheringham.

Kennedy, 24, has had a difficult three years following a serious knee injury sustained during his Scotland debut. His loan spell will be used to gain first team exposure at a high level and ends in January. He rejected advances from Motherwell and Preston North End.
