Jarrett back and in contention for Hammers clash

Summer signing Jason Jarrett could come straight into the starting line-up for Saturday's FA Cup third round tie with West Ham United.

Jarrett has spent the last two months on loan at Plymouth Argyle after failing to settle at Carrow Road following injury. He made seven appearances for the Pilgrims, however, and should be fully fit and back in contention for the weekend.

The former Wigan man's return could not be more timely as Carl Robinson, himself on loan from Sunderland, was ruled out for a month with a rib injury. Andy Hughes is already out with a broken cheekbone, while Youssef Safri has gone to Morocco ahead of the African Nations Cup.
