Jarvis to return for stiffs

Young City striker Ryan Jarvis will return to action this evening as one of the most experienced members of Keith Webb's youthful reserve side.

Alongside Jason Shackell, the 19-year-old will be the only player with any meaningful first team action under their belt. Elsewhere in the team, Ryan's brother Rossi has played a handful of games, while Michael Spillane has been on the pitch for the senior side.

The reserve team has been hit by the trimming of the squad after relegation and a succession of injuries to first teamers. They will hope that the trip to Watford can end a miserable sequence of seven defeats on the bounce.
