Joe off to the seaside

Peter Grant has begun to fulfill his vow to send the younger, fringe members of his squad out to the lower leagues on loan by shipping Joe Lewis to Morecambe.

Lewis, 19, spent time on loan at the end of last season with Stockport, and will be helping out at Christie Park until the end of the year.

The giant England youth international is unlikely to get near the first team at Carrow Road this term with the recent additions of Matthew Gilks from Rochdale and David Marshall from Celtic in the goalkeeping ranks.
