Lansbury was part of the Norwich squad which sealed promotion to the Premier League by beating Portsmouth on Monday night and will now travel with the rest of Stuart Pearce's squad.
The on-loan Arsenal man is one of 15 midfielders in a strong squad which includes six players with full England caps to their name.
England start their campaign with a tricky fixture against Spain before taking on Ukraine and Czech Republic.
