Norwich City full-back Adam Drury has agreed a one-year extension to his contract, keeping him at Carrow Road until the end of June 2012.The 32-year-old, who joined City from Peterborough United in March 2001, has made 343 appearances for the Canaries.
"I'm obviously delighted to be at this special club for another year," he told the club's website.
"The gaffer and the coaching staff have got something special going on and I want to be a part of it."
He added: "The fans have been great to me since I've been here and support us in great numbers both home and away."
Drury has not played since 16 October when he aggravated a calf strain in the goalless draw at QPR, but he has returned to training and could be back in action in the new year.
Excellent news to have Drury for another season at least. Hopefully he will stay on longer, be it as a player or as a coach.

He is City's only remaining player from the club's foray into the Premier League in the 2004-05 campaign.
A persistent knee injury limited his action between 2007 and the summer of 2009, but he bounced back to make 39 appearances last season as Norwich won the League One title.
Boss Paul Lambert said: "He's been great for me since I've been here and he's a terrific professional and a top player.
"To be at any club for almost 10 years is an achievement in itself and I'm delighted to sign him again for a further year."
