Notman suffered an ankle injury in the derby draw with Ipswich at Portman Road on 15th September and with the injury showing little sign of improvement after ten weeks, it was decided he would need surgery.
It was initially thought the young Canaries midfielder would be ruled out until the new year, but after having the surgery it seems his season may be over.
