Posh are due a hefty pay-out thanks to a clause in the transfer of right-back Russell Martin to Carrow Road.
Fry said: "We received ?100,000 when Norwich were promoted from League one and we will receive ?200,000 this year after they secured back-to-back promotions.
"Russell has done very well at the club and everybody is happy for him from the management to the board of directors."
