Rehman to miss out on Pakistan match

Impressive new signing Zesh Rehman has another feather in his cap since joining Norwich as it has been revealed that he will shun an important match for Pakistan to help the Canaries.

The Fulham man, an England youth international who has graduated to the full Pakistan national team, made an outstanding debut first at centre back and later at right back as a largely disappointing City side lost to Ipswich.

Though most fans feel that any chance of reaching the play-offs disappeared with the derby defeat, Rehman is keen to assist his new side and will not be involved in his country's Asian Cup qualifier with Jordan.

Rehman looks set to keep his place in Nigel Worthington's line-up for Saturday's trip to Hull, despite the return to the side late in Sunday's match of Jason Shackell.
