Pearce, a Scottish Youth International defedner, joins until the end of the season. The 19-year-old's only first team experience for the Royals has been in the FA Cup, although he has had previous loan spells at Northampton and, earlier this season, Bournemouth.
Henry, 18, joins until the end of April. He is a winger with an eye for goal who has alos been on loan at Bournemouth, scoring 4 times in 11 appearances. He has first team cup experience at the Madejski, and was apparently a target for Chelsea before joining the Royals.
