Grant, who spent much of his playing career at Celtic, has been linked with a move for Rangers' versatile Scotland international Ian Murray.
Murray, 26, joined the Glasgow giants in 2005 after leaving Hibernian, where he was captain. He is said to be available for a loan switch to Norfolk.
