The 24-year-old centre back will move for an undisclosed fee, ending an association with the Canaries going back to his time in the club's Academy. Roeder is expected to bring in another defender as a replacement, although Shackell has been usurped in the Norwich defence this season by Dejan Stefanovic and on-loan Celtic man John Kennedy.
