Today's London Lite reports that the midfielder, 21, will be allowed to leave Chelsea in the summer having failed to force his way onto first team contention. The Canaries, who had Smith on loan earlier this season, are set to be at the head of the queue for his services along with QPR and FA Cup finalists Cardiff City.
