Why I Love Mondays!

Following the collapse at Selhurst on Saturday I was more than a little annoyed. In fact I was totally pi**ed off. A great chance to boost our survival hopes thrown away, and with that last goal any hope of staying up disappearing. Yes, I was unhappy.

That was Saturday. This is Monday. And my mood has changed.

Beat the Toon Army in mid-week, follow it up with a result against Charlton and once again we’ll be on the safety trail. Four points (and a lot of goals) from safety – what’s that - a win and a draw? Simple!

Life becomes so much better if you look at results in a different way.
Norwich gained an away point on Saturday; a point that could prove crucial come may 15th. And Crystal Palace go into a tough game against Blackburn thinking they’re the bees knees when all they have really done is cheated their way to a three all draw against the Premiership’s bottom team.

And to make things look even better then remember that Brom still have to play Man United and Arsenal,
Southampton can’t even beat Villa, and with a strong referee Palace won’t be getting any more points this season.

Keep believing.

On the ball City!
